How to Change Your Favicon In Blogger XML Templates
How to change the FAVICON in Blogger XML Templates, Simple Follow this 4 step You Will Get ..!1. Goto Favicon Website and create the your favicon And Download it..!
a. create your favicon
2.Then Open The Favicon File In Ms-Paint Which You Download..!
And Save as GIf File..!
a. open with ms-paint
b. now save as GIF
3. Upload that Gif File At Imageshack.us
a. browse and select your favicon.gif file
b. and star upload
c. And You Will get Url...!
4. Goto Layout >>> Edit Html>>> Expand widget and copy the code wich was given below and past it before </head>
<link href='http://your-icon-url.gif' rel='shortcut icon'/>
<link href='http://your-icon-url.gif' rel='icon'/>
Be sure to replace the URLs in red with the URL you copied from Imageshack.
a. Goto Layout
b. Goto Edit Html
c. Click On Expand Widget
d. Now Find the <head/> and copy the code given below and past the code before <head/>
<link href='http://your-icon-url.gif' rel='shortcut icon'/>
<link href='http://your-icon-url.gif' rel='icon'/>
e. now replace the URLs in red with the URL you copied from Imageshack.us
f. now save template

Which Format Template You Are Using Leila ..?
You cannot change favicon on blogger. See, blogger uses xml as a source template and it just replaces what ever favicon meta tag you define in your xml template. After doing what this article says you to do get your favicon on blogger, run your blog and check the html source generated by blogger. You wont find your stuff for favicon at all.
If I am wrong, blog dust can you change your blog's favicon?
It does not work! can you help me?
